<Generally speaking, all return requests will be judged on an individual basis. However, these policies apply:
A request for a refund or an exchange will be honored. I will always do my best to make things right with you. Good communication is vital and if you have any problems, I will appreciate hearing from you.
If a package is lost in the mail, it will be tracked with the delivery confirmation number. If it cannot be found, I will replace the item for you. NOTE: Some jewelry items are non-replaceable. Your purchase price will be refunded. Since all of my items are hand made you will need to give me time to woodburn or a new item for you or make another jewelry piece, if possible. I will pay for the shipping for replacing a lost package.
If an item is damaged in the mail delivery I will refund your original purchase price plus the shipping cost. I will also pay for you to ship the damaged item back to me. You must e-mail me to set this up. However, the damaged item in its original packaging material must be returned to me with 10 days of when you received it. If you don't do this, no refund or replacement is possible.
If you are simply dissatisfied with the product, e-mail me for permission to return it. You will have to pay for the shipping charge back to me but I will give you a full refund of the original purchase price and shipping charge. You may also request exchange for a different item.
